Nexus only collects data necessary for its operation. This includes Discord Snowflake IDs for users, roles, and channels, along with server configurations you set via the dashboard.

2. Information Usage

Data is used exclusively for providing moderation, security, and leveling features. We do not sell or share your community data with third-party advertisers.

3. Encryption & Security

All database transactions are encrypted. Our dashboard uses industry-standard SSL/TLS certificates and CSRF protection to ensure your session remains secure.

4. Data Subject Rights

Server owners can request full deletion of their guild data by removing the bot and contacting our support. Once removed, data is purged from our active caches within 30 days.
