Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

Since Nexus Elite provides digital, non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we generally do not issue refunds once the upgrade is activated in your server.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in specific cases, such as accidental double-billing or if the service is non-functional for an extended period (exceeding 72 hours) due to internal system failure.

3. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain Elite features until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Fraudulent Activity

Attempts to initiate unauthorized chargebacks for active services will result in a permanent blacklist of the user and all associated Discord servers.
