1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the Nexus bot to your Discord server or accessing our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Usage License

Nexus grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the bot and dashboard according to our official features. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Nexus infrastructure.

3. Data Logging

To provide security features, Nexus logs specific server events (e.g., deleted channels, moderator actions). We do not store personal message content unless explicitly triggered by specific moderation filters (like banned words).

4. Premium Services

Subscription to Nexus Elite grants access to additional features. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30-day notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to blacklist servers or users who violate Discord's Terms of Service or our internal Usage Protocol.
